2 Bedrooms | 2 Bathrooms | Sleeps 5
Located in the Plaza Carlota flats in the middle of downtown Las Catalinas, this flat was built for entertaining. The natural social hub of the home begins in the flat’s open living space, which, while cozy and inviting, is really just an entryway to the home’s crown jewel: a covered rooftop terrace.
It’s bright, airy lighting and fresh ocean breeze can comfortably seat up to eight. Enjoy views of the ocean, mountains, and local neighborhood on an oversized couch swing.
Bedrooms on either side of the home each have their own little outdoor space (a juliette balcony) and ensuite bathrooms. For more room, a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room can easily sleep two more people.
At sunset, the covered terrace becomes an ideal venue to host dinner parties. Using the full kitchen just below, a private chef can be arranged to prepare dinner for the evening, letting you fully enjoy the glowing pink, orange sky with your guests.

Notice of Construction in Progress
Las Catalinas is becoming one of the most enjoyable Beach Towns in Costa Rica. As a growing community, we have exciting projects underway that will continue to add amenities, activities, and rental and ownership options to our guests and future neighbors. We make great efforts to minimize any possible disturbances due to construction but we cannot guarantee that no activity will be visible or audible due to the variable nature of construction. While we are hopeful this will have little impact on your stay with us, we will not be able to provide room changes, discounts, or refunds due to construction at this time. Construction hours are as follows:
6 am -7:30 am: Construction may begin with workers required to speak in low voices and no power tools are allowed.
7:30am - 6 pm: Normal construction
6 pm - 9 pm: Construction may continue, with workers required to speak in low voices and no power tools are allowed.
