Santarena Hotel’s 344 sq. ft Plaza Balcony Rooms are conveniently located on the second floor, with spacious bathrooms, picturesque wood floors, and large Cuban-style tile balconies with views over Plaza Danta. All rooms come with access to a rooftop with a pool and come fully stocked with Molton Brown toiletries, WiFi, cable, television, and air conditioning.

-To satisfy the appetite, the accommodation has The Atrium, a space where you can enjoy breakfast or lunch, either outdoors outdoors, and with the Lobby Bar, where you can taste tapas, detox milkshakes, and cocktails. Although the star for dinner is its Ponciana restaurant.-

Las Catalinas is well on its way to becoming one of Costa Rica's most delightful beach towns. As our community continues to grow, we have several exciting new projects in progress that will enhance the experience for all our visitors. These projects include additional amenities, restaurants, activities, rental opportunities, and ownership options.

Our dedicated building and construction teams are making every effort to minimize any potential disruptions. However, we must acknowledge that, given the dynamic nature of construction, some visible or audible activity may occur. We are optimistic that this will have minimal impact on your stay with us.

Please be aware that we are unable to accommodate room changes, provide discounts, or offer refunds due to the construction activities in the vicinity. Rest assured, though, that the construction is not in close proximity to our hotel.
